The Plant Trait Ontology was downloaded from the NCBO BioPortal. There are the following four kinds of synonyms. XXX (related), XXX (broad), XXX (narrow) and XXX (exact). We deleted the entires with the related, broad and narrow synonyms and produced the PTO-exact dictionary.
