The Plant Trait Ontology was downloaded from the NCBO BioPortal. There are the following four kinds of synonyms. XXX (related), XXX (broad), XXX (narrow) and XXX (exact). In order to produce the PTO-all dictionary, we removed both the parenthesis and information inside the parenthesis.
